Refund Policy – Regal Designs
At Regal Designs, refunds are processed only for eligible cases approved by our support team.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Order cannot be fulfilled by us
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account.
Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, customers may need to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in certain situations depending on product condition and issue reported.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
